Shipping Costs

Delivery Time

Delivery time after payment is confirmed: 1–4 business days.

Re-sending Policy

If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, and the delay is not caused by you, we will resend the order free of charge!

If delivery fails due to customer error (e.g. incorrect address provided, or failure to collect the parcel), and the parcel is returned to us, we are unable to resend it free of charge.

If your order includes a Tracking ID (tracking number): it will be provided within 48 hours of dispatch, provided delivery has not already occurred.

Tracking numbers may be requested by email no earlier than 48 hours after payment.
